The images of the t-shirts on this site are simulations of the designs as they look on our t-shirts. We simulate by laying our designs over a digital photograph of the t-shirts. These simulations for the website enable us to represent all our designs as accurately as possible for the customer without photographing every design on every colour t-shirt – with over 1000 designs (and growing!) five colour choices in six sizes for men and women and five sizes in two colours for children the task would be overwhelming. This also allows us to take more risks with the designs we publish which is no bad thing.
The basic colours of the t-shirts are pale because our dyes are embedded in the molecular structure of the CoolMax fresh FX fibres with heat and pressure. The designs are reproduced at resolutions between 720 and 1440 dpi. There is no change in hand feel for the decorated area of the shirt or in the performance of the fabric.
The shirts themselves might be unique for being made exclusively for us wholly out of a proprietary fibre called CoolMax fresh FX. The CoolMax bit exploits the characteristics of surface tension and capillary action of water to wick moisture from your skin. It works through micro channels engineered into the profile of the fibre. These channels are physical attributes, they are there for the life of the fibre. The Fresh FX bit embeds a silver salt in the molecular structure of the fibre that stops the propagation of bacteria which left unchecked ultimately cause a sour odour.
Because the silver salt is embedded within the fibre, the anti bacterial effect, like the wicking, is permanent; it will not leech out with wear and washing. These attributes deliver shirts that remain cool and dry almost regardless of what you might do in them and similarly they remain fresh. And the ongoing performance of the fabric is guaranteed. This is important, these shirts will become your favourite items of apparel, you will want to wear your t shirts again and again.
The cut and fit and sizing of these t shirts is exclusive to us and was specified by Anastasia Vouyouka a published guru of fit in the fashion industry.
These shirts are marvellous to travel with, they stay fresh if you don’t have the chance to wash them, they wash easily when you do have the chance, and they dry super quickly. There is also a very useful side effect to all this: our shirts keep anything you wear on top of them, and what you might wear after wearing them, fresher too.
